Persistence of Memory: Nachhaltigkeit im Instant Messaging

چکیده
Instant Messaging ermöglicht das einfache und sofortige Versenden von Textnachrichten zwischen den Benutzern verschiedener Rechner. Allerdings hat Instant Messaging gegenüber anderen Werkzeugen der rechnergestützten Kommunikation, wie beispielsweise Email, gravierende Nachteile beim Zugriff auf vergangene Kommunikationsinhalte und bei strukturierter Kommunikation. In diesem Beitrag beschreiben wir das System POM (Persistence of Memory), welches über das herkömmliche Instant Messaging hinaus Unterstützung für strukturierte Kommunikation und systematischen Zugriff auf die Inhalte vergangener Gespräche bietet.
